EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

DANGANA, ROWLAND I



Dangana Rowland is the Executive Director of the Wellness Centre at Beloved Diana Health and Wellness Centre. He is responsible for the coordination and management of the Wellness Arm of the Hospital. An experienced project manager, Rowland studied Entrepreneurial and Business Management. Rowland is a people manager per excellence and is a resource pool for emotional intelligence, strategic management, business administration as well as negotiation. Rowland is well-travelled and as attended various trainings both local and international. Before joining Beloved Diana, Rowland has worked in various capacities at EJES Resources where he rose through the rank to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2010. On leaving EJES, Rowland joined VillaCraft Nigeria Ltd in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer.

Rowland has the mind and orientation for excellence. He is purely driven by performance through talent inspiration and motivation.

SEIYEFA FUN-AKPAN BRISIBE (Prof)

MBBS(PH), FCAI, M.sc (UK), FMCFM


Prof. Brisibe is the Executive Director at Beloved Diana. A medical doctor with a postgraduate academic training as a fellow of the faculty of family medicine, Nigeria postgraduate medical college, with an M.sc in Health Economics and health policy, University of Birmingham, UK, Prof Brisibe is also a honorary fellow of institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria as well as a Certificate in Occupational medicine. Prof. Brisibe possesses towering administrative skills and experience, with demonstrated skills in project planning and implementation. Demonstrated ability to mobilize and lead people effectively to achieve set goals. Demonstrated ability to work responsibly as a leader and as part of a team, to generate new ideas/strategies, consensus-building and ability to work on tight timelines. Good communicator with well-trained oral presentation and writing skills. Good interpersonal skills with wide experience in intercultural teams. Heading The Conditional Grant Scheme, which is a world acclaimed partnership working scheme for the implementation of MDGs projects and programmes across the three tiers of Government in Nigeria. Responsible for coordination, disbursement and monitoring of all activities concerning the implementation of the Conditional Grant Scheme.





WILLIAM-EBI, FLORA

BSc, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, SM(RIMAN)


William-Ebi Flora Abutu (Mrs) was born on 16th December, 1949, she is a gradute of University of Port-Harcourt, she earned a Bachelor of Educational psychology and Guidance & Counseling in 1992. Before then she had earned National Certificate Of Education (Geography and Chemistry) in 1975. She possesses a Post graduate diploma (2001) and Masters Degree (2002) in Public Administration from the University of Calabar. She is presently the Chairperson, Bayelsa State Universal Basic Education Board, Okolobiri. She has transverse various schools gathering teaching experience and touching the lives of teenagers. Her teaching career started in 1971 up until 1983, she taught in Government Secondary school Oyigbo, Holy Rosary Secondary School Port Harcourt, Government Secondary School Borokiri, Government Secondary School Brass, Mater Dei High School Imiringi. She was Vice Principal in Government Girls Secondary School Rumeme and Ascension High School, Nchia-Eleme.
William-Ebi has served in various boards, she has also served as Pioneer Commissioner and Pioneer Perm Secretary etc. Her service history is a repertoire of excellence, dedication and commitment to her homeland:

AMB. AWORABHI, ERIC TONYE



Aworabhi Eric Tonye is a 1975 graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, he furthered his education by earning MSc in Public sector Management from the University of Aston, Birmingham, England in 1979. Though born in 1946, not satisfied with just administrative skills and competence he went further to bag an LL.B at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt in 1993, he earned his Bachelor of law after a successful period at the Nigerian law school, Lagos in 1995. Eric is a member of the British Institute of Management (1980), a member, Nigerian Institute of Management (1982), he is also a fellow of Institute of Health Service Administration of Nigeria (2001), an Associate of Chartered institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria (2007) and a Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Management (2008).

Aworabhi Tonye served in the Rivers State Civil service diligently for 10 years before he was moved to the University Of Port-Harcourt Teaching Hospital to serve as Head of Administration from 1985-1989. In 1989 he became the Pioneer Director of administration; he served in this capacity for 16years before he was called to serve as Pioneer Director of Administration in Niger Delta University Teaching hospital, Okolobiri, Bayelsa State. He was a member, Governing Council, Niger Delta University (2005-2011). In 2012 he was appointed Nigerian Ambassador to Italy, he served in this capacity for 3years. He is a member of the Bayelsa State Elders Council, Patron Ogbaka Club of Ogbia and Patron Ogbia Study Group.

DANGANA, INEBHARI RANYAM



Dangana Rayam Inebhari is a seasoned Chemist and Administrator. He has conceived and birthed several projects to his credit. He is a 2008 graduate of Chemistry from Delta State University, Abraka. He is diplomatic with an awesome leadership quotient that places him very well above millennials.
He had served as Special Technical Assistant in the Office Of the Vice Chairman, Ogbia Local Government Council, Bayelsa State. He has also served in the Federal Ministry of Environment.

His hobbies are traveling, cooking and singing.

ATUMA ARUENI

BSc, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, SM(RIMAN)


With a rare combination of expertise and skills, Atuma serves as General Manager at Beloved Diana H&WC. A year 2000 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Atuma is a holder of the following Credentials – Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk & Information System Control (CRISC) as well as the Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP), She is an ISO 27001 certified Auditor, she is also a Senior Associate of the Risk Managers Association of Nigeria (RIMAN). Atuma approaches projects from the PMI-best practices platform with recourse to the PMBOK. She is responsible for the strategic impact of ICT and projects on the set-up and operations of Beloved Diana H&WC. Her Career experience spanned ICT, Finance, Oil & Gas, and Consulting and services sectors.





CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

ADEDEJI AYO

BSc, PMP, ACIT, FCA


Ayo Adedeji will serve as the Chief Finance Officer at Beloved Diana. A Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Ayo is also a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a Project Management Institute (USA) certified Project Manager. Ayo is a high-end finance Executive with experience in a number of sectors including Finance, Consulting Services and Real Estate. He possesses great Treasury and Taxation management skills. With over seventeen years working experience, Ayo will coordinate all that has to do with Accounting and Tax set-up at Beloved Diana. He is responsible for all that has to do with Finance and allied-finance functions.
